摘要
沈阳市沈水湾污水处理厂工程规模为20×10^(4)m^(3)/d,占地面积为6.58 hm^(2),原采用FLOOBED工艺技术,出水水质执行《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中的二级标准,尾水直接排入浑河。为降低对受纳水体的污染,使出水标准提高至《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)中一级A标准,对污水处理厂进行了升级改造。升级改造工程采用厌氧+缺氧+好氧区投加填料的污水处理主体工艺(A2/O-MBBR工艺),新建厌氧、缺氧池,将现状生化池改造为好氧MBBR池,并改造了鼓风机房及曝气系统等。提标改造后出水各项指标稳定达到设计标准,单位经营成本仅0.373元/m^(3)。
The project scale of Shenshuiwan wastewater treatment plant in Shenyang City is200 000 m^(3)/d. It covered an area of 6. 58 hm^(2),and originally adopted FLOOBED technology. The current effluent was subject to the secondary standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB8978-1996). The terminal water discharged directly into Hunhe River. In order to reduce the pollution to the receiving water and raise the effluent standard to the first class A standard of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant( GB 18918-2002),the wastewater treatment plant was upgraded. The upgrading project adopted anaerobic zone + anoxic zone + aerobic zone with filler( A^(2)/O-MBBR process),built new anaerobic and anoxic tank,transformed the present biochemical tank into aerobic MBBR tank,and transformed the blower room and aeration system,etc.After upgrading and reconstruction,the effluent indicators stably met the design standard,the operating cost was only 0. 373 yuan/m^(3).
