摘要
目的:对比选择性痔上黏膜切除术与外剥内扎术治疗混合痔患者效果。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年8月收治的112例混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗,对照组给予外剥内扎术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、手术指标、并发症发生情况、疼痛评分、肛门功能评分及吻合口狭窄评分。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组的85.71%(P<0.05);术前两组肛门评分、疼痛评分、吻合口狭窄评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后3 d观察组肛门评分、疼痛评分、吻合口狭窄评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间、伤口愈合时间较对照组显著缩短,术中出血量较对照组显著减少(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为14.29%,较对照组的30.36%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:选择性痔上黏膜切除术治疗混合痔可提高临床疗效,改善肛门功能,缓解术后疼痛,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,促进伤口愈合,降低并发症发生率,值得推广。
Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection and external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Method:112 cases of mixed hemorrhoids admitted from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection,and the control group was treated with external dissection and internal ligation.The two groups were compared with clinical efficacy,surgical indicators,complications,pain score,anal function score,and anastomotic stenosis score.Results:The total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative anal score,pain score,and anastomotic stenosis score between the two groups(P>0.05),the anal score,pain score,and anastomotic stenosis score of the observation group dropped more significantly after 3 days(P<0.05).The operation time,hospital stay and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was compared with the control group.Group significantly reduced(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the observation group was 14.29%,compared with 30.36%in the control group,which was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Selective hemorrhoid mucosal resection for mixed hemorrhoids can improve clinical efficacy anal function,relieve postoperative pain,shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,wound healing,and reduce the incidence of occurrence.It is worthy of promotion.
