摘要 为对比各类化学纤维枕芯的睡眠舒适性,选取涤纶、羽绒棉、丙纶、白竹炭纤维和合金锗纤维5类填充纤维,制成枕芯小样,分别测试其透气性、透湿性、静态热性能、硬挺度和压缩性。通过各项性能数据的对比,获得各类枕芯在睡眠健康及舒适性上的优劣。结果表明,枕芯的透气性主要由填充纤维间空隙大小决定,涤纶枕芯透气性最好;纤维自身的吸湿性会影响枕芯的透湿,白竹炭纤维因内含竹炭微粉,其枕芯的透湿性最好;羽绒棉纤维因其特殊的中空结构,其保暖性和弹性最好;丙纶纤维因具有良好的抗弯刚度,其枕芯对头颈部的支撑能力和蓬松度均为最好。通过测试分析,得到了各类化纤枕芯的特点,为消费者选取产品提供一定借鉴。 In order to compare the comfortable capability of various types of chemical fiber pillow fillings,five types of chemical fibers including polyester,down-cotton,polypropylene,white bamboo charcoal fiber and germanium alloy fiber were selected to make pillow filling samples.The samples were tested for the air permeability,moisture permeability,static thermal performance,stiffness and compressibility respectively.Through the comparison of various performance data,the advantages and disadvantages of the samples in respect of sleep health and comfortable capability are obtained.The result shows that the air permeability of pillow filling is mainly determined by pore size of the filling,and the polyester pillow performs best in air permeability.The moisture absorption of fiber will affect the moisture permeability of the pillow,and white bamboo charcoal fiber preforms best in moisture permeability since it contains bamboo charcoal powder.Having a special hollow structure,down-cotton fibers preforms best in heat retention and resilience.Polypropylene fiber is of good bending stiffness,and the pillow filling made from it performs best in bulkiness and the ability of supporting the head and neck.Through testing and analysis,the characteristics of various types of chemical fiber pillows are summarized to provide some reference for consumers to select products.
