摘要
老幼复合型养老模式是一种新型养老模式。本研究对北京市几所养老院与日托中心的空间及室内材料使用现状进行调研,通过对老年人和儿童的生理及心理特征的总结,对老幼群体的需求点进行对比,探究出一些适用于老幼复合空间的功能性材料的应用可能性,如抑菌抗菌材料、环保材料、轻质材料、隔音降噪材料、智能材料等一些功能材料的应用。从材料、建筑、室内及家具设计等多角度对于老幼复合空间的家居空间设计的新材料需求及应用进行探究,对于老幼复合空间设计有一定的借鉴意义。
The integrated pension for the elderly and children is a new model of living one’s retired life.This research investigates the status quo of space and indoor materials used in several nursing homes and daycare centers in Beijing.Through a summary of the physical and psychological characteristics of the elderly and children,the needs of this two groups are compared,and some applications are explored.We have figured out the application feasibility of functional materials,such as antibacterial materials,environmentally friendly materials,lightweight materials,sound insulation and noise reduction materials,and smart materials,in integrated spaces for the elderly and children.From multiple perspectives of materials,architecture,interior,and furniture design,the paper explored the demands and applications of new materials in the home space design for the elderly and young to provide certain references.
