摘要
目的观察MSCT联合二维彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢恶性肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取我院2016年4月至2019年3月收治的80例女性卵巢恶性肿瘤患者。收集患者临床及影像学资料,总结卵巢恶性肿瘤的二维彩色多普勒超声及MSCT检查的图像表现,对比经二维彩色多普勒超声、MSCT检查以及两者联合检查对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性。结果二维彩色多普勒超声对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为77.50%、76.25%、80.00%,MSCT对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为82.5 0%、81.25%、83.75%,两者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);MSCT联合二维彩色多普勒超声对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性分别为97.50%、97.50%、98.75%,明显高于单一的二维彩色多普勒超声或MSCT检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用二维彩色多普勒超声和MSCT检查均能显示卵巢恶性肿瘤的影像学特点,但两者联合可以更有效地提高卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断灵敏性、特异性和准确性。
Objective To observe the clinical value of MSCT combined with two-dimensional(2 D) color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing malignant ovarian tumors.Methods 80 female patients with malignant ovarian tumor admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to March 2019 were selected.To collect clinical and imaging data of these patients.Then,to summa rize the image manifestations of malignant ovarian tumors in 2 D color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT and compare the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound,MSCT examination and combined examination of them in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 2 D color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors were 77.50%,76.25%,and80.00%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of MSCT in the diagnosis of ovarian malignant tumors were 82.50%,81.25%,83.75%,respectively.There was no significant difference between them(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of MSCT combined with 2 D color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian tumors were 97.50%,97.50%,and 98.75%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of 2 D color Doppler ultrasound and MSCT alone.The diffe rence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both 2 D color Doppler ult rasound and MSCT examination can effectively show the imaging features of malignant ovarian tumors,but the combination of the two examinations can more effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy for malignant ova rian tum o rs.
