摘要
为了弱化农民工群体本身受教育程度低、老龄化严重、流动性大等因素对施工质量的产生影响,武汉地铁11号线东段工程以BIM技术为基础,通过开展三维可视化技术交底、图纸碰撞分析、BIM+VR等技术的应用。辅以“首件验收,样板引路”、工序实名制等管理措施,较好的提升了技术交底和技能培训的实效性,有效的弱化了作业工人自身综合素质对施工质量产生的不良影响。使得各分部分项工程平均一次验收合格率提升至93%以上,有效的减少了工程返工及资源浪费,取得了较好的社会效应和经济效益,为类似工程提供了借鉴和参考。
In order to weaken the influence resulting from low education level,serious aging and high mobility of migrant workers on the construction quality,the East Section of Wuhan Metro Line 11 is based on BIM Technology.Through application of three-dimensional visualization technology disclosure,drawing collision analysis,BIM+VR technology,supplemented with such management measures as“The first approved project serves as the guiding sample”and process real name system,we improve the effectiveness of technical disclosure and skill training,effectively weaken the adverse impact of the comprehensive quality of workers on the construction quality,so that the average approved rate of each sub-project is increased to 93%,which effectively reduces the project rework and resource waste,and achieves good social and economic benefits.Our research provides reference for similar projects.
