摘要
为探究凸肚体老年男性服装穿着的合体性与舒适性,研究老年男性的凸肚形态与分类。选择60-75岁的老年男性为研究对象,借助德国的Anthroscan三维人体扫描仪测量131个样本的身体尺寸,经筛选计算得到124名老年男性的16个腰腹部特征变量。依据主成分因子分析结果,选取腹凸上角和腹凸高比2个变量,采用SPSS的K-means聚类分析方法,对2个变量进行组合分类研究。结果表明,最终可以分为9类:微上凸肚型(WS)、微平凸肚型(WP)、微下凸肚型(WX)、中上凸肚型(ZS)、中平凸肚型(ZP)、中下凸肚型(ZX)、特上凸肚型(TS)、特平凸肚型(TP)和特平凸肚型(TP)。并以刘瑞璞男装原型为基础,对老年男性衬衣纸样进行结构上的设计改进,以满足其穿着舒适合体的要求。
In order to explore the fit and comfort of clothing worn by elderly men with protruding belly,the shape and classification of protruding belly of elderly men were studied.Elderly men aged 60-75 were selected as the research subjects.The body dimensions of 131 samples were measured with the Anthroscan three-dimensional body scanner from Germany.After screening and calculation,16 waist and abdomen feature variables of 124 elderly men were obtained.According to the results of the principal component factor analysis,two variables,namely,the upper convex angle of abdomen and the height ratio of abdominal convexity were selected,and the SPSS K-means cluster analysis method was used to conduct a combined classification on the two variables.Research results show that it can be divided into 9 categories:slightly fat and high convex belly type(WS),slightly flat and meddle height convex belly type(WP),slightly fat and lower convex belly type(WX),middle fat and high convex belly type(ZS),middle flat and middle height convex belly type(ZP),middle fat and lower convex belly type(ZX),and extra fat and high convex belly type(TS),extra flat and middle height convex belly type(TP)and extra flat and lower convex belly type(TX).The average value of each characteristic variable is selected,and based on Liu Ruipu's menswear prototype,structural design is made to the pattern of elderly men's shirts to meet their requirements for comfort and fit.
