摘要
当前,我国城市社区心理健康服务存在许多问题,与“健康中国”的目标和社区居民的需求不相适应。因此,有必要构建城市社区心理健康服务的线上与线下“双元结构”模式。“双元结构”模式由社区心理健康线上服务和社区心理健康线下服务两大体系组成。该模式服务内容包括:面向全体居民,加强心理健康宣传教育力度,提升居民心理健康素养;针对重点人群,开展以适应性心理咨询为主的心理服务,实现个体发展目标;关注高危人群,开展危机性心理咨询,预防和干预心理危机事件。该模式运作方式为:以线下为主,线上为辅,解决居民心理危机问题;以线上为主,线下配合,促进居民心理健康。“双元结构”模式在一定程度上可以缓解社区居民心理健康服务供需矛盾,提升城市社区居民心理健康服务质量。
At present,there are lots of problems in urban community mental health services in China,which are not suitable for the goal of“healthy China”and the needs of community residents.Therefore,it is necessary to construct the online and offline“dual structure”mode of urban community mental health service.The“dual structure”mode is composed of two major systems:online and offline services of community mental health.Its service contents include:to strengthen mental health publicity and education for all residents and improve their mental health literacy;to carry out psychological services focusing on adaptive psychological counseling for key groups to achieve individual development goals;to pay attention to high-risk groups,and to carry out crisis psychological consultation and prevent and intervene psychological crisis events.Its operation mode is to solve the psychological crisis of residents offline with online help as the auxiliary and to promote the mental health of residents online with offline cooperation.The“dual structure”mode can alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of community residents’mental health services to a certain extent,and improve the quality of urban community residents’mental health services.
