摘要
人才是科研院所发展的第一资源,在全球经济受新冠肺炎疫情严重影响的新形势下,创新科研院所人才工作机制是加强科研创新和产业升级的关键。通过分析科研院所人才现状,指出了科研单位人才队伍存在的问题,提出创新科研院所人才工作机制的建议,以期提升科研单位人才实力,加快人才聚集,助力创新发展。
Human resource is the first resource of scientific research institutes.In the new situation when the global economy is seriously affected by the COVID-19 epidemic,the innovation working mechanisms of scientific research institutes is the key to strengthen scientific research innovation and industrial upgrading.This paper analyzed the current background and situation of scientific research institutes talent team,pointed out the common problems in the working mechanisms of talents in the scientific research institutions and put forward some suggestions to explore the working mechanisms of innovative talents so as to enhance the strength of talents in scientific research institutions,accelerate the accumulation of talents and help the development of innovation.
