摘要
非标银锭电解过程中,始终保持电解液中高浓度银离子,有利于抑制碲在阴极上的析出。银与碲的析出电位相近,随着电解的不断进行,电解液中碲离子浓度不断增大,使得碲的析出电位也相应提高,电解液中银离子浓度的不断降低使得银的析出电位也相应降低,析出电位越来越接近时,碲就可能在阴极上析出沉积。电银粉中碲的超标与单槽中非标银锭块数无关,与非标银锭浸泡无关。
During the electrolysis process of non-standard silver ingots,always maintaining a high concentration of silver ions in the electrolyte is conducive to suppressing the precipitation of tellurium on the cathode.The precipitation potentials of silver and tellurium are similar.As the electrolysis continues,the concentration of tellurium ions in the electrolyte continues to increase,resulting in a corresponding increase in the precipitation potential of tellurium.The decreasing concentration of silver ions in the electrolyte causes the precipitation potential of silver to decrease accordingly.As the precipitation potential gets closer and closer,tellurium may precipitate and deposit on the cathode.Exceeding the standard of tellurium in the silver powder has nothing to do with the number of non-standard silver ingots in a single slot,and has nothing to do with non-standard silver ingot soaking.
