摘要
由于采空区瓦斯积聚,上隅角瓦斯治理困难一直是制约煤矿高产高效的主要因素。为使煤矿能够安全高效生产,基于采空区瓦斯渗流模型,利用Fluent流体动力学软件对相关规律进行研究。结果表明:顶板高位钻孔抽采能够对采空区风流场和上隅角瓦斯压力分布产生明显影响;其抽采效果受钻孔布置层位和抽采负压的综合影响;该抽采方法可有效降低工作面上隅角和回风巷的瓦斯浓度。研究成果可为后期各类矿井根据现场实际条件合理布置顶板高位,进而提高采空区瓦斯抽采效果提供参考。
Due to the accumulation of gas in the goaf,the difficulty in controlling gas in the upper corner has always been the main factor restricting the high production and efficiency of coal mines.In order to make the coal mine safe and efficient production,based on the goaf gas seepage model,this paper used Fluent fluid dynamics software to study the relevant laws.The results show that high-location drilling on the roof have a significant impact on the air flow field and the upper corner gas pressure distribution in the goaf;its drainage effect is affected by the comprehensive influence of the drilling layout and the negative pressure of the drainage;this drainage method can effectively reduce the gas concentration in the upper corners of the working face and the air return way.The research results can provide reference for the reasonable arrangement of the roof height in various mines according to the actual conditions on the site,and then improve the gas drainage effect in the goaf.
