摘要
本文提出了一种全装配框架结构——混钢框架结构,其方法是将混凝土梁柱构件用钢构件连接形成框架。针对这种框架结构提出了:混凝土构件与钢构件之间采用套筒转换连接的构造做法,混凝土构件中的钢筋焊于套筒端板上,通过端板传力于钢构件上;混凝土柱与柱采用钢制法兰连接,连接位置可设在楼层中间,该处柱弯矩较小,也方便安装施工;柱与梁连接节点处设置的预埋件采用穿筋方式连接,有利于柱钢筋通过节点区;混凝土柱与混凝土梁之间采用钢梁连接,钢梁连接可采用常规方法,也可采用本文提出的台式连接方法,极大方便施工。以5层框架教学楼为例,采用本文提出的混钢框架进行了抗震设计计算,并与混凝土框架进行了动力特性、变形、计算配筋和用钢量的对比,进而验证了其可行性和经济性。课题组将对本文提出的各种节点进行试验研究,为混钢框架的工程应用提供依据。
In this paper,a wholly precast frame structure concrete-steel frame structure is proposed,the method is connect concrete beam and column members with steel members to form a frame.In view of this frame structure,the construction practice of using sleeve conversion connection between concrete and steel member is put forward,the steel bars in the concrete members are welded to the end plate of the sleeve,and the force is transmitted to the steel members through the end plate;the concrete column-column are connected by steel flange,the connection position can be located in the middle of the floor,where the column bending moment is small,but also convenient for installation and construction;the embedded parts installed at the joints of the column and the beam are connected by the reinforcement method,which is beneficial to the reinforcement of the column through the joint;the concrete columns and concrete beams are connected by steel beams,the steel beams can be connected by conventional methods or by the stepped connection method proposed in this paper,which greatly facilitates construction.Taking a 5-story framed teaching building as an example,the concrete-steel frame proposed in this paper is used for seismic design calculations,and the dynamic characteristics,deformation,calculation of reinforcement and steel consumption are compared with the concrete frame to verify its feasibility and economical.The team will carry out experimental research on the various nodes proposed in this paper,and provide a basis for the engineering application of the concrete-steel frame.
