整体同步顶升技术在桥梁加宽工程中的应用 被引量:14

Application of the Synchronous Jack-up Technology in the Widening Project of Bridge

摘要 为解决顶升技术在桥梁加宽中存在的顶升不同步、梁结构内力变化不均匀等问题,在结合连续箱梁同步和交替顶升施工技术基础上,对比分析不同顶升施工技术的优缺点,针对扣家大桥结构特点选取了交替、随动组合顶升方案进行同步顶升施工。详细阐述了同步整体顶升技术在简支梁桥中的整个施工过程,主要分为抱柱施工、钢支撑限位安装、墩柱切割、顶升施工、墩柱接高、桥墩补强等步骤。针对桥梁同步顶升施工中常遇到的结构失稳和容易偏移等技术难题,提出了相应的解决措施,可有效指导桥梁顶升技术在简支梁桥中的应用,为类似工程提供技术支撑。 In order to solve the problems of asynchronous jacking and unevenness of internal force variation of girder structure when the jacking technique is applied to widening of bridge,this paper is based on the construction technology of continuous box girder synchronous and alternating jacking,the advantages and disadvantages of different jacking techniques are compared and analyzed,according to the structural characteristics of Koujia Bridge,synchronous jacking construction is carried out by selecting alternative and follow-up combination jacking scheme.The whole construction process of synchronous integral jacking technology in simply supported girder bridge is described in detail,which are mainly divided into the following steps:pillar holding construction,steel support limit installation,pier cutting,jacking construction,pier column joining,bridge pier strengthening etc.In view of the technical problems of bridge synchronous jacking construction,such as structural instability and easy to deviate,the corresponding solutions are proposed,which can effectively guide the application of bridge jacking technology in simply supported beam bridge and provide technical support for similar projects.
