摘要
目的探讨围术期优质护理对结肠癌合并肠梗阻手术患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月期间本院收治的结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,所有患者均行腹腔镜手术治疗。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行优质护理。比较两组术后归转、并发症发生率,评估两组护理满意度。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于结肠癌合并肠梗阻手术患者,有利于降低并发症,提升护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of high-quality perioperative nursing on patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction.Methods From January 2017 to December 2019,80 patients with colon cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction admitted to our hospital were selected.All patients underwent laparoscopic surgery,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and high-quality nursing was used in the observation group.The rate of postoperative recurrence and complications in the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated.Results There was no difference in the total treatment efficiency between the groups(P>0.05).The complications in the observation group were lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was high than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing for patients with colon cancer combined with intestinal obstruction surgery is conducive to reducing complications,improving mental health and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of promotion.
