摘要
构树营养丰富、粗蛋白质含量高,是一种新型植物蛋白质饲料原料。构树蛋白质分子结构复杂且粗纤维含量高,难以被畜禽充分消化吸收,影响其饲用价值。目前,可通过微生物发酵处理构树,降解其中的抗营养因子和粗纤维含量,提高饲料消化率,促进畜禽动物生产。文章就构树发酵饲料营养价值及畜禽饲喂效果进行综述,探讨构树发酵饲料的研究进展,并对其应用前景进行展望。
Broussonetia papyrifera has rich nutrition and high crude protein content. It is a new type of plant protein feed material. Due to the complex molecular structure of Broussonetia papyrifera protein and high crude fiber content, it is difficult to be fully digested and absorbed by livestock and poultry, which affects its feed value. Currently, Broussonetia papyrifera can be processed by microbial fermentation to degrade the anti-nutritional factors and crude fiber content,improve feed digestibility, and promote livestock and poultry production. The article reviews the nutritional value of Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed and the effect of livestock and poultry feeding, discusses the research progress of Broussonetia papyrifera fermented feed, and prospects for its application.
