摘要
我国跳水队从1984年取得第一枚跳水奥运金牌后,一路披荆斩棘,至2016年,在奥运会上已经累计获得40枚金牌,成为跳水大国、跳水强国。作为一个拥有绝对优势的跳水大国,不仅现役运动员要竞技水平突出,新生后备力量也同样重要,掌握跳水项目后备人才的发展现状对该项目继续保持优势发展具有重要意义。本文采用问卷调查、文献资料等方法,对我国开展跳水项目的19个省的运动员、教练员以及管理人员进行深入调查,分析我国跳水项目运动员和教练员培养现状,并基于现状分析,探讨存在的发展问题并提出建议,为我国跳水项目进一步发展及调整后备人才战略提供借鉴。
Since 1984,China’s diving team won the first Olympic gold medal in diving.By 2016,it has won 40 Olympic diving gold medals,and has been promoted to a big diving country and a strong diving country.As a big diving country with absolute advantages,not only the active athletes should have outstanding competitive level,but also the new reserved forces.It is of great significance to master the current situation of the development of the reserved talents of diving to maintain the superiority development of the event.By using the methods of literature review and questionnaire survey,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the front-line practitioners of 19 provinces in China,analyzes the current situation of the training of Chinese diving athletes and coaches,discusses the existing development problems and puts forward suggestions based on the analysis of the current situation,so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of diving in China.
