摘要
牛仔面料以靛蓝染色为主。但是作为经久不衰,能够驾驭所有服装的黑色,也成为人们对牛仔面料穿着的需求。黑色牛仔面料主要以硫化染料为主,成为继靛蓝牛仔面料之后的主流颜色。丝光硫化黑牛仔面料对颜色品质要求较高,面料经过水洗工艺如漂洗、石磨等后,纱线露白少,竹节不突出,布面整体风格较差。因此如何优化丝光硫化黑牛仔面料的染色工艺值得研究探析。
The denim fabric is mainly dyed with indigo blue.However,as a classic and easy-matching color for clothes,black is also chosen for denim dyeing.Black denim is mainly made of sulfur dyes,becoming the mainstream color after indigo denim.Mercerized sulfur black denim fabric has higher color quality demand.After washing,such as rinsing and stone grinding,the fabric has less yarn whiteness,fewer slub yarns but poor overall appearance.Therefore,it’s worth studying how to optimize the dyeing process of mercerized black sulfide denim fabric.
