摘要
[目的/意义]《公共图书馆法》于2018年1月正式施行,其中明确规定了公共图书馆古籍保护的工作机制、安全措施、方法途径及交流合作等内容,为公共图书馆的古籍保护工作提供了法律保障。[方法/过程]分四个方面系统梳理《公共图书馆法》中关于古籍保护的相关规定。系统总结公共图书馆为落实法律所开展的相关古籍保护工作,包括不断加强古籍保护行业引领、不断完善古籍保护安全措施、不断创新古籍保护方式途径、不断拓展古籍保护合作交流。[结果/结论]针对当前我国古籍保护工作存在的问题,提出未来我国公共图书馆依法开展古籍保护工作的建议:进一步推进古籍保护工作法治化、规范化;进一步贯彻落实《公共图书馆法》中的古籍保护相关条款。
[Purpose/significance]Public Library Law was formally implemented in January 2018,which clearly stipulates the working mechanism,security measures,methods and means of communication and cooperation for ancient book protection in public libraries,providing legal protection for the protection of ancient books in public libraries.[Method/process]The relevant provisions on the protection of ancient books in Public Library Law are systematically sorted out from four aspects.This paper systematically summarizes the relevant works of ancient book protection carried out by public libraries to implement the law,including continuously strengthening the role of industry in ancient books protection,constantly improving the safety measures of ancient book protection,constantly innovating the ways of ancient book protection,and constantly expanding the cooperation and exchange of ancient book protection.[Result/conclusion]In view of the problems existing in the field of ancient book protection in China,some suggestions are put forward for the future public libraries’ancient book protection under the regulations of law,which are further promoting the legalization and standardization of the protection on ancient books;further implementing the relevant terms of Public Library Law on protection of ancient books.
