体验式教学在本科实习护生人文关怀及护患沟通能力培养中的应用 被引量:7

Application of Experiential Teaching in the Training Ability of Undergraduate Nursing Students’Humanities Care Communication Ability Between Nurses and Patients

摘要 目的:探讨体验式教学在本科实习护生人文关怀及护患沟通能力培养中的应用效果。方法:选取在德阳市人民医院呼吸与危重症医学科轮转的全日制本科护理专业实习生80人,将2018年12月-2019年2月的40名本科实习护生作为对照组,采用传统带教模式进行临床教学;2019年3月-5月的40名本科实习护生作为试验组,采用体验式教学进行临床教学。比较两组护生的人文关怀能力、护患沟通能力、教学满意度、患者对护生的满意度以及理论知识考核成绩。结果:试验组的人文关怀能力、护患沟通能力、教学满意度、患者对护生的满意度以及理论知识及操作技能(人文得分)考核成绩均高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体验式教学法顺应了"以学生为主体"的教学理念,提升了护生的人文关怀能力与沟通能力,提升了临床教学质量与教学满意度从而提高了护生优质护理服务能力,丰富了临床带教形式,有利于促进医教协同发展,值得进一步推广应用。 Objective: To discuss the application effect of experiential teaching in the training of undergraduate nursing students’ humanistic care and communication ability of nurses and patients. Methods:80 full-time undergraduate nursing interns in the hospital were selected. 40 undergraduate intern nurses from December 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the control group, and they received traditional teaching model. 40 undergraduate intern nurses from March to May 2019 were selected as the test group, and they received experimental teaching. The humanistic care ability, communication ability of the nurses and patients,teaching satisfaction, the patient’s satisfaction with the nursing students and the theoretical knowledge assessment results of nursing students of the two groups were compared. Results:The test group’s humanistic care ability, nurse-patient communication ability, teaching satisfaction, patient satisfaction with nursing students, and theoretical knowledge and operational skills(humanity score) were higher than the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The experiential teaching method conforms to the teaching concept of "taking students as the main body", improves the humanistic care ability and communication ability of nursing students, promotes clinical teaching quality and teaching satisfaction and improves the quality of nursing care services, enriches the form of clinical teaching. This is conducive to the coordinated development of medical education. So it is worth further promotion.
