摘要
增城项目为国内首台9H燃机示范工程,针对本工程提出的数字化智能电厂建设目标,西门子提供了故障早期趋势预警和热力性能分析优化两个智能化模块以满足电厂的智能运行监控。基于此,本文阐述了其功能特点,围绕增城项目开展了部署设计研究,提出合理的网络架构设计,并对增城项目扩展为远程诊断中心和主机轴系远程诊断开展了研究。本文的研究结果将为后续以西门子H级机组为基础建设智能电厂提供设计方案参考和借鉴。
Zengcheng project is the first 9H gas turbine demonstration project in China.Aiming at the construction goal of the digital intelligent power plant proposed in this project,Siemens provides two intelligent modules:early warning of failure trend and optimization of thermal performance analysis to meet the intelligent operation monitoring of the power plant.Based on this,this paper elaborated its functional characteristics,carried out the deployment design research around the Zengcheng project,proposed a reasonable network architecture design,and carried out research on the extension of Zengcheng project to remote diagnosis center and turbine shafting remote diagnosis.The research results of this paper will provide a reference for the design of intelligent power plant based on Siemens H-class units.
