摘要
现今,我国矿井主排水系统仍多采用继电器控制,水泵的开停及选择切换均由人工完成,还做不到根据水位或其他参数自动开停水泵。利用PLC进行矿山排水自动化的研发与利用在我国已经有了较长的历史,但其应用效果依然需要优化。论文从实际出发,阐述了如何通过可编程序控制器(PLC)及相关传感器,实现排水泵房的"无人值守",从而达到减员增效,降低成本,提高劳动生产率的效果。
Nowadays,the main drainage system of mines in our country is still controlled by relays.The start and stop of the pump and the selection switch are all done manually.It is not possible to automatically start and stop the pump according to the water level or other parameters.The use of PLC for mine drainage automation has a long history in my country,but its application effects still need to be optimized.Starting from the actual situation,this article explains how to realize the"unattended"of the drainage pump house through the programmable logic controller(PLC)and related sensors,so as to achieve the effect of downsizing,increasing efficiency,reducing costs,and improving labor productivity.
