山区复杂地形钢箱梁架设技术在公路建设中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 桥梁施工较多地涉及钢箱梁的架设作业,但其在山区复杂地形施工难度相对较大,细节要点较多。基于此,论文结合新建营达高速项目,围绕山区公路钢箱梁架设作业展开探讨,在明确现场地形条件的基础上提出具体架设方案,并从钢箱梁安装、临时支墩体系、吊装流程、焊接作业、二次面漆涂装及支架拆除等方面论述施工要点,旨在为类似工程提供参考。 During the bridge construction,more steel box girder erection work is involved.However,it is relatively difficult to construct in the complex terrain in mountainous areas,and there are many details.Based on this,the paper discusses the erection of steel box girder of mountain highway in combination with the project of Yingda expressway,the concrete erection scheme is put forward on the basis of clarifying the site topographic conditions,and the key points of construction are discussed from the aspects of steel box girder installation,temporary supporting pier system,hoisting process,welding operation,secondary finish painting and support removal,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
