摘要
护理临床教学,在护理教学中占有重要的地位。本文基于笔者的工作实践,从临床教学的准备、临床教学方法和临床实习评价等3个方面探讨了护理临床教学的重点,在教学准备环节,包括明确课程目标、创造良好的实习环境、确认教师的能力和素质以及了解学生特点等。在临床教学方法中,本文探讨了实践、解决问题、讨论、观察和多媒体教学等多种方法,论文是笔者工作实践基础上的理论升华,相信对从事相关工作的同行能有所裨益。
Clinical nursing teaching plays an important role in nursing teaching.Based on the author's work practice,this paper discusses the key points of clinical nursing teaching from three aspects of clinical teaching preparation,clinical teaching methods and clinical practice evaluation.In the process of teaching preparation,it includes defining the course objectives,creating a good practice environment,confirming the ability and quality of teachers and understanding the characteristics of students.In clinical teaching methods,the paper discusses practice,problem-solving,discussion,observation,multimedia teaching and other methods.The paper is the theoretical distillation based on the author's work practice,and I believe it will be beneficial to colleagues engaged in related work.
