摘要
本文利用Hypermesh对某船用发动机中冷器系统进行前期的网格处理,用Abaqus结构仿真软件对处理好的发动机中冷系统进行模态及强度计算分析。文中先对产生故障的某船用发动机系统进行故障分析,找出故障原因,再根据故障分析结果对该系统的结构进行了优化。最终通过给该系统增加辅助支撑的方式,提高了中冷器系统频率,使其高于特殊零部件的校核标准,取得了较好的效果,从而有效解决了因发动机共振引起的故障。
In this paper,a Marine engine intercooler system was processed with the Hypermesh in the early stage,and the model and strength of the processed engine intercooler system were calculated and analyzed with the Abaqus structure simulation software.In this paper,the fault analysis of a Marine engine system is carried out to find out the cause of the fault,and then the structure of the system is optimized according to the results of the fault analysis.Finally,by adding auxiliary support to the system,the frequency of the intercooler system is increased,making it higher than the checking standard of special parts,and good results are obtained,thus effectively solving the fault caused by engine resonance.
