摘要
采用多级AO-MBR复合生物脱氮工艺处理煤气化废水,运行结果表明,当进水COD、氨氮和总氮平均质量浓度分别为678.3、 210.5和275.8 mg/L时,出水COD、氨氮和总氮平均质量浓度分别为13.7、 0.63和3.8mg/L,对应的去除率分别为98.0%、 99.7%和98.6%。出水水质达到GB 13458—2013《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》表3间接排放标准,可达标排放或回收利用。
Multi-stage AO-MBR composite biological denitrification process was used to treat coal gasification wastewater,the operation results showed that,when the average mass concentrations of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen were 678.3,210.5 and 275.8 mg/L respectively,through the treatment,the relevant indexes of effluent water were 13.7,0.63 and 3.8 mg/L respectively with the removal rates of 98.0%,99.7%and 98.6%respectively.The effluent water quality met the requirement of table 3 in indirect emission standard of GB 13458—2013 Discharge standard of water Pollutants for ammoia industry,and the effluent water could be discharged or recycled.
