摘要
为有效解决大采高工作面三角区在强采动影响下引起的煤壁破碎、片帮等问题,分析了大采高工作面三角区在双采动影响下的破坏规律,采用深浅孔交替注浆加固技术控制三角区,选择合理的钻孔参数、注浆材料。结果表明:注浆加固技术提高煤体的整体性,煤壁片帮率降低了82%以上,保证了工作面安全高效开采。
In order to effectively solve the problems of coal wall breakage and rib spalling caused by strong mining in the triangle area of large mining height working face,the failure law of the triangle area of large mining height working face under the influence of double mining was analyzed,the deep shallow hole alternate grouting reinforcement technology was used to control the triangle area,and the reasonable drilling parameters and grouting materials were selected.The results show that the grouting reinforcement technology improves the integrity of the coal body,reduces the rib spalling rate by more than 82%,and ensures the safe and efficient mining of the working face.
