摘要
为了解决破碎顶板条件下工作面的安全回采问题,本文以马兰矿12704工作面为研究对象,分析了12704工作面顶板破碎失稳的原因,结合12704工作面的生产实际情况,利用加长挑梁安设在工作面机头、机尾与巷道交叉的支架前梁段,有效地控制三角区域顶板,减少大量支护材料以及配件资金投入,为该工作面安全回采奠定了基础。
In order to solve the problem of safe mining in the working face under the condition of broken roof,this paper takes the 12704 working face of Malan Mine as the research object,and analyzes the reasons of roof breakage and instability of 12704 working face.Combined with the actual production situation of the 12704 working face,the long cantilever beam is installed in the front beam section of the support cross between the working face machine(head and tail)and the roadway,which can effectively control the roof of the triangle area and reduce a large amount of supporting materials and spare parts investment,which lays a foundation for the safe mining of the working face.
