摘要
利用UPLC-QTOF-MS技术,采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),研究了7种黄酮类混合物(基体B)与碱金属离子混合物M+(M=Li、Na和K)的加合质谱,探讨了基体B与M+在不同碰撞能、不同浓度、不同加入方式下碱金属加合离子的形成.研究结果表明:不同的实验条件下,各化合物可以与碱金属离子形成不同丰度的多种加合离子,加合物成组出现,每组的两峰质量差为16的整数倍.加合物的出现有助于快速判定多羟基混合物中未知物的精确质量数.
The mass spectrometry of 7 flavonoid mixtures(matrix B)and alkali metal ions mixture M+(M=Li,Na and K)was studied by UPLC-QTOF-MS technology and electrospray ion source. The formation of alkali metal adduct ions of matrix B and M+ under different collision energy,different concentration and different adding mode was discussed. The results show that under different experimental conditions,various kinds of adducts with different abundances can be formed between each compound and alkali metal ions,the adducts appear in groups,and the mass difference between the two peaks of each group is an integral multiple of 16. The presence of adducts is helpful to determine the exact mass number of unknown compounds in polyhydroxy mixtures.
