摘要
在市场经济体系中信用是企业重要的标识和资本,科学评价企业信用一直是学界和实践部门探索的话题。在当前大数据技术的不断推动下,公共信用信息的获取越来越便捷,可以利用公共信用信息拓展企业信用评价的信息维度。同时,根据企业在市场经济环境中所表现的履约意愿与能力的信用特征,构建了诚信度和履约能力的企业信用双模块评价体系。全局敏感度方法适用于测评具有模糊、复杂和多样性的企业诚信,有理论与实践的价值。投入产出法研究企业履约能力对于诚信度的信用转化效率,对于进一步挖掘企业信用价值以及加强内部信用管理具有现实意义。
In the market economy system,credit is an important symbol and capital of enterprises.Scientific evaluation of enterprise credit has always been a topic discussed by scholars and practitioners.With the continuous promotion of the big data technology,the public credit information is more and more convenient to collect.The use of public credit information is discussed to further expand the information dimension of enterprise credit evaluation.Meanwhile,according to the credit characteristics of the enterprise's performance intention and performance ability in the market economy environment,a double-modularized evaluation system of enterprise credit is built.The global sensitivity method is suitable for evaluating the enterprise with the fuzzy,complex and diversified characteristics,possessing theoretical and practical value.The input-output method is used to research the credit conversion efficiency of the enterprise's ability to the credibility,which is of great social significance to mine the enterprise credit value and strengthen the management in enterprise credit.
