摘要
单管塔与其基础相连主要通过预埋在基础内的地脚螺栓连接固定,在计算地脚螺栓内力时,现有国家及行业标准规范并没有明确的计算方法。本文通过有限元来模拟分析底法兰、基础、地脚螺栓及其螺母间的受力状态,确定底法兰相对合理的旋转轴,确定旋转轴后采用《高耸结构设计规范》(GB 50135-2019)中半刚接法兰节点公式计算地脚螺栓最大拉力。在实际工程设计中,单管塔底法兰节点可按《高耸结构设计规范》(GB 50135-2019)和《移动通信工程钢塔桅结构设计规范》(YD/T 5131-2019)中法兰与加劲板强度计算。
The single pipe tower is connected with its foundation mainly by the anchor bolt embedded in the foundation.There is no clear calculation method in the existing national and industrial standards and specifications to calculate the stress of the anchor bolt.In this paper,the stress state of the bottom flange,foundation,anchor bolt and nut were simulated and analyzed by finite element method,and the relatively reasonable rotation axis of the bottom flange was determined.After the rotation axis was determined,the maximum tensile force of the anchor bolt was calculated based on the semi-rigid flange node formula in Code for Design of High-rising Structures(GB 501352019).In practical engineering design,the flange joint at the bottom of single tube tower can be calculated according to the strength of flange and stiffening plate in Code for Design of High-rising Structures(GB 501352019)and Design Specifications of structure for mobile communication engineering steel tower and mast(YD/T 5131—2019).
