小半径钢-混组合梁施工方法及顺序比选研究 被引量:1

摘要 城市立交桥中存在很多小半径大跨径桥梁,钢-混组合梁是最常见的结构形式,其施工顺序及施工方案的不同直接影响结构的受力特点。本文选取北京市延崇高速公路一联52m+66m+52m的小半径钢-混组合梁进行研究,提出采用工字钢搭接法实现无支架施工,从而保证施工期间不断路;通过合理地调整拆除临时支承的阶段,在不增加梁高、不增加预应力钢束量的前提下改善了中支点混凝土板应力水平,供相关工程参考。 There are many overpass with small radius and long span in urban and steel-concrete composite beam was usually adopted,whose mechanical characteristics variated with the different construction sequence and construction scheme.A 52m+66m+52m small radius steel-concrete composite beam of Yanchong Expressway in Beijing was selected in this paper.In order to construct without support,ensure no open circuit during the construction,I-steel lap joint was proposed.In addition,the stress level of the middle support concrete slab was improved without increasing the beam height and the amount of prestressed steel by adjusting the stage of removing the temporary support.Those engineering expenence should provide reference for similiar project.
