摘要
在尾矿库库容不足的条件下,为保障矿山企业的持续生产,一般采用加高既有尾矿坝的工程措施进行扩容,但需要对尾矿坝坝体和尾矿库边坡的稳定性进行重新核算.以云南某尾矿库为工程背景,通过分析现场勘探实测资料及室内试验数据,结合理正岩土渗流分析软件对尾矿库进行渗流分析,并计算3种不同工况(正常运行、洪水运行、特殊运行)下现状和改扩建后坝体的稳定性.计算结果表明:现状尾矿库在自然运行条件下满足规范要求,但在洪水及特殊运行条件下存在安全隐患;改扩建后尾矿库在三种运行工况下均不满足规范要求;因此对坝体提出二级台阶护坡加固方案,通过Slide及理正岩土软件核算该加固方案的有效性.结果表明:加固后的坝体在3种工况下的安全系数和抗滑抗倾系数均满足规范要求.该研究成果可为类似尾矿库坝体加固设计提供技术支撑.
In the condition of insufficient capacity of tailings dam,in order to ensure the continuous production of mining enterprises,the engineering measures of heightening the existing tailings dam are generally adopted for capacity expansion,but the stability of tailings dam and tailings dam slope needs to be recalculated.Taking a tailing pond in Yunnan Province as an example,the seepage analysis of the tailing pond was carried out by analyzing the field survey data and laboratory test data,combined with Lizheng geotechnical seepage analysis software.The stability of the dam body after reconstruction and expansion in three different working conditions(normal operation,flood operation and special operation)was calculated.The calculation results show that:the current tailing pond meets the requirements of the specification under natural operation conditions,but there are potential safety hazards under flood and special operation conditions.After the reconstruction and expansion,the tailing pond does not meet the requirements of the specification under three operation conditions;therefore,the second step slope protection reinforcement scheme is proposed for the dam,and the effectiveness of the reinforcement scheme is checked by slide and Lizheng geotechnical software.The results show that the safety factor and anti sliding and anti tilting factor of the reinforced dam meet the requirements of the code.The research results can provide technical support for similar tailings dam reinforcement design.
