摘要
针对软件中模拟零件空间运动与模型特征变化的问题,提出了基于SolidWorks环境的零件运动与变化控制方法,该方法用三类参数方程组表示不同运动,并将各方程组离散化,用程序循环实现指定运动;而零件动态变化则可循环更改特征参数,并通过交替切换并列窗口实现。所提方法同时适用于点动与连续运动,并可引申用于多零件的联动、协作运动和变化与运动同时进行等复杂情况。依据所提方法设计折弯机器人离线示教系统,验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。
Aiming at the problem of simulating spatial motion and model feature change of parts in software,a new control method of part motion and feature change based on SolidWorks environment was proposed.In this method,three kinds of parametric equations were used to represent different motions,and each equation was discretized for the loops of program.In addition,the dynamic changes of the parts could be realized by modifying the feature parameters and switching the parallel windows alternately.The method was suitable for both jog motion and continuous motion,and could also be used in some complex situations such as multi-part motion,cooperative motion,and simultaneous change and motion.Finally,the off-line teaching system of bending robot was designed to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
