摘要
多工位转盘式芯片装管设备是芯片后道工序生产过程的重要设备,具有实现芯片的检测、分选及装入料管的功能。基于多工位转盘式芯片装管设备的控制流程,通过控制系统分层的软件架构,设计了以安川计算机板型控制器MP3100为硬件核心,采用上位机应用程序结合安川运动控制应用程序接口(Application Programming Interface,API)的软运动控制方式,通过MECHATROLINK总线通信驱动多个安川电机及I/O口的控制系统,实现了对芯片装管设备高速、高精度的运动控制。最后,以上下轴控制程序为例,说明了安川运动控制API的实现过程。设备实际运行结果证明了该控制系统的可行性、有效性和可靠性,满足了集成电路生产中快速装管的高精度、高速运动的生产要求。
The multi-station turntable chip tube loading equipment is an important device in the post-production process of the chip,which realizes the functions of chip detection,sorting and loading into the tube.Based on the control flow of the multi-station turntable chip tube loading equipment and the layered software architecture of the control system,the control system was designed with the Yaskawa Personal Computer(PC)board controller MP3100 as the hardware core and PC application using the Yaskawa motion control Application Programming Interface(API),while the MECHATROLINK bus was used to drive several Yaskawa motors and I/Os.The control system realized high-speed and high-precision motion control of the chip tube loading equipment.Finally,the vertical motion axis control program was used as an example to illustrate the realization of the Yaskawa motion control API.The actual application results of the chip tube loading equipment proved the feasibility,effectiveness and reliability of the control system,which meets the fast chip tube loading production requirements of high precision and high speed.
