高黏度改性沥青黏韧性的影响因素 被引量:8

摘要 沥青黏韧性试验是评价沥青改性效果的一种典型试验,评价高黏度改性沥青时常存在拉脱的现象,未必能够反映高黏度改性沥青的特性。研究了SBS含量、25℃针入度和基质沥青组分对高黏度改性沥青黏韧性的影响。结果表明,黏韧性随着SBS含量的增加先增大后减小;针入度小的改性沥青的黏韧性试验荷载大,最大变形小;针入度大的改性沥青荷载小,最大变形大。所研究样本中,胶体不稳定指数小、沥青质含量少的基质沥青制备的高黏度改性沥青黏韧性和韧性大。改性沥青黏韧性与混合料性能之间的相关性以及规范的适应范围需要进一步研究。 Toughness and tenacity test is a typical method to evaluate the effect of asphalt modification.The phenomenon of pull-off often exists in the evaluation of high viscosity modified asphalt,which may not reflect the characteristics.The effects of SBS content,25℃ penetration and matrix asphalt composition on the toughness and tenacity of high viscosity modified asphalts are studied.The results show that toughness and tenacity first increase and then decrease with the increasing of SBS content.Modified asphalts with small penetration have larger load and small maximum deformation,while asphalt with higher penetration has smaller load and larger maximum deformation.In studied samples,the high viscosity modified asphalts prepared by matrix asphalts with small colloid instable index and low asphaltene content has higher toughness and tenacity.Relationship between toughness and tenacity and the performance of asphalt mixtures need further study,as well as the application scope of specification.
