摘要
目的观察“教学式”舒适护理干预对产妇分娩结局的影响。方法随机选择2018年10月—2019年10月我院收治的94例产妇为观察对象,将其按照护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例产妇,其中对照组使用常规护理方法,观察组使用“教学式”舒适护理干预方法。对两组产妇的分娩结局进行对比分析。结果观察组产妇的SCL-90各维度得分、睡眠质量障碍得分均优于对照组,分娩结局同样优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用“教学式”舒适护理干预对产妇实施护理,可有效改善产妇的睡眠质量和不良情绪,不仅能够提高自然分娩率,改善分娩结局,还能够有效提升产妇及家属的满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of"teachingtype"comfort nursing interventions on maternal delivery outcomes.Methods A total of 94 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected as observation objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing method.47 maternal patients in each group,of which the control group used conventional nursing,the observation group used the"teaching"comfort nursing intervention method.A comparative analysis was made of the outcomes of the two groups of women.Results The maternal SCL-90 scores and sleep quality disorder scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the delivery outcomes were also better than those in the control group.Conclusion The use of"teaching-type"comfort nursing interventions to provide nursing care to pregnant women can effectively improve the sleeping quality and bad mood of pregnant women.It can not only improve the natural delivery rate,improve the outcome of delivery,but also effectively increase the satisfaction of the pregnant women and their family.
