摘要
随着氧化铝工业的发展,赤泥的排放量及储量逐年增长,带来了愈发严重的生态环境问题。中国排放的赤泥主要为拜耳法赤泥,拜耳法的生产工艺特性导致拜耳法赤泥中具有多种碱性物质,其强碱性限制了赤泥在诸多领域的综合利用,降低拜耳法赤泥碱度成为了亟待解决的问题。本文对拜耳法赤泥碱性问题进行综述,讨论了赤泥脱碱技术研究的现状与相关脱碱机理。通过客观评价拜耳法赤泥碱性问题,寻找合适方法对碱性进行控制或脱除,以提高其综合利用率。
With the development of alumina industry,the discharge and reserve of red mud are increasing year by year,which brings more serious ecological environmental problems.Most of the red mud discharged in China is bayer red mud.The characteristics of bayer process lead to a variety of alkaline substances in bayer red.Strong alkaline limits the comprehensive utilization of red mud in many fields.Reducing the basicity of Bayer red mud has become an urgent question.In this paper,the basic problems of red mud in Bayer process are summarized and the present situation of the research on the technology of red mud dealkalization and the related dealkalization mechanism are discussed.By objective the evaluating basicity of bayer red mud and finding the appropriate method to control or remove the alkaline of bayer red mud,we can improve the comprehensive utilization of red mud.
