摘要
社会实践是大学生就业认知、能力提升和精准就业的重要路径。在社会实践组织过程中,还存在社会参与度不够、经费投入不足、教育指导不够、认识不到位等现象,影响了实践育人在就业能力方面效果提升。政府应加大政策扶持力度,积极鼓励企事业单位参加,高校要主动作为,加强规划,内外联动。形成社会、企事业单位、高校、家庭四位一体的联动机制,提升社会实践育人效果,提升大学生就业能力培养。
Social practice is an important path for college students’employment cognition,ability improvement and precise employment.In the process of social practice organization,there are still some problems,such as insufficient social participation,insufficient funding,insufficient education guidance and inadequate understanding,which affect the improvement of employment ability in practice education.The government should increase policy support,enterprises and institutions should be encouraged to participate actively,colleges and universities should take the initiative to strengthen the planning and internal and external linkage.The four-in-one linkage mechanism of society,enterprises and institutions,universities and families will be formed,so as to improve the effect of social practice education and enhance the cultivation of college students’employment ability.
