摘要
SF6气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(GIS)使用于高寒及户外环境恶劣地区时,为了避免在高寒地区SF6气体受户外环境温度的影响而发生液化现象,同时也为了避免密封系统因户外的恶劣环境骤变而造成SF6气体渗漏现象,采用了将充有SF6气体的金属封闭开关设备置于户内的布置方式来解决此类问题,为配合这种布置方式使用,设计研制了一种GIS出线穿墙套管,该套管与GIS设备在户内连接,然后套管穿过墙体与户外设备连接。文中首先介绍了穿墙套管的设计及现场安装方案,然后通过采用有限元法对穿墙套管的法兰安装部分的结构进行机械强度应力、应变分析,分析结果表明,穿墙套管的法兰安装部分的危险截面与最大应力位于调节螺杆与膨胀螺栓上,同时给出了调节螺杆与膨胀螺栓的优化方案。优化后的穿墙套管已在国外高寒地区投入运行,具有超过3年的稳定运行业绩。
When SF6 gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(GIS)is used in alpine areas and outdoor areas withharsh environment,in order to avoid liquefaction of SF6 gas due to the influence of outdoor ambient temperature in al-pine areas,and to avoid leakage of SF6 gas caused by sudden change of outdoor harsh environment,a metal-enclosedswitchgear filled with SF6 gas is put indoors.In order to cooperate with this arrangement,a GIS outgoing line wallbushing is designed and developed.The bushing is connected with the GIS switchgear indoors,and then the bushingis connected with the outdoor equipment through the wall.Firstly,this paper introduces the design and site installa-tion scheme of wall bushing.Then,the mechanical strength stress and strain of the flange installation part of wall bush-ing are analyzed by finite element method.The analysis results show that the dangerous section and maximum stressof the flange installation part of wall bushing are located on the adjusting screw and expansion bolt,and the optimiza-tion scheme of adjusting screw and expansion bolt is given.The optimized wall bushing has been put into operation inalpine regions abroad,and has been running steadily for more than three years.
