摘要
目的评价5%羟基乙酸复合物治疗轻、中度面部痤疮的疗效。方法采用前瞻性研究方法,招募2019年3月1日至5月31日于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院皮肤科诊断的28例轻、中度面部痤疮患者作为研究对象。患者睡前外涂5%羟基乙酸复合物于清洁后的面部肌肤,连续8周。首次治疗前和末次治疗后2周对疗效进行评价。评价内容包括患者皮损数、皮损评分、CK检测、皮肤视觉模拟评分系统(VISIA)检测及不良反应。结果28例患者均完成治疗。在临床疗效方面,治疗前后患者平均皮损数量由(41.82±17.96)个降至(12.43±10.54)个,皮损评分由(38.95±23.00)分降至(9.64±9.46)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者平均皮损减退率为61.03%,治疗有效率为89.29%(25/28)。在客观指标检测方面,治疗前后经皮水分丢失由(26.38±4.89)g/(m^(2)·h)下降至(24.63±4.21)g/(m^(2)·h),水合度由49.14±15.99提高至57.44±14.64,黑色素值由326.36±85.14降至273.11±65.37,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,共有3例患者出现轻度不良反应。结论5%羟基乙酸复合物治疗轻、中度面部痤疮疗效肯定,且能改善皮肤屏障,减少色素沉积,不良反应小,为痤疮治疗提供了新的手段。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of 5%glycolic acid(GA)compound to treat mild to moderate facial acne.Methods In this prospective research,28 patients with mild to moderate facial acne diagnosed in the Department of Dermatology,Beijing Friendship Hospital,Capital Medical Univercity from March 1 to May 31,2019 were recruited as research subjects.The patients applied 5%GA compound before sleep to the cleansed faces for 8 weeks.The number,score,reduction rate and effective rate of skin lesions were evaluated before the first treatment and two weeks after the last treatment,and the CK test,VISIA test and adverse reactions were also recorded before and after treatment.Results All 28 patients completed the treatment.For clinical efficacy,the number of skin lesions decreased from(41.82±17.96)to(12.43±10.54),and the score of skin lesions decreased from(38.95±23.00)scores to(9.64±9.46)scores.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average reduction rate of skin lesions was 61.03%,and the effective rate was 89.29%(25/28).In terms of objective tests,the value of trans-epidermal water loss(TEWL)decreased from(26.38±4.89)g/(m^(2)·h)to(24.63±4.21)g/(m 2·h),the value of skin hydration increased from(49.14±15.99)to(57.44±14.64),and the score of brown area decreased from(326.36±85.14)to(273.11±65.37).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,a total of 3 patients experienced mild adverse effect.Conclusion The 5%GA compound are effective on mild to moderate facial acne with less side effect.It provides a new method to treat mild and moderate acne.
