摘要
目的:探究老年肿瘤疼痛患者中癌痛规范化护理模式的应用价值。方法:选择2019年本院收治的老年肿瘤疼痛患者(1500例)作为本次试验研究的对象,随机分为两组,各750例。对照组采用常规护理干预;试验组采用规范化护理模式干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验结果表明在经过干预后,试验组患者疼痛评分明显低于对照组患者,两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验结果表明在经过干预后,试验组患者生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组患者,两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验结果表明在经过干预后,试验组患者焦虑、抑郁评分均明显低于对照组患者,两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验结果表明在经过干预后,试验组患者对护理过程的满意度显著高于对照组,两组数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对老年肿瘤疼痛患者采用规范化护理模式,能够有效降低患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,降低患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of standardized nursing model of cancer pain in elderly patients with cancer pain.Methods:The elderly patients with cancer pain(1500 cases)treated in our hospital in 201 years were randomly divided into two groups,750 cases each.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group and standardized nursing intervention was used in the test group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The experimental results showed that the pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the experimental results showed that after the intervention,the quality of life scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the experimental results showed that the anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the patients'satisfaction with the nursing process was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized nursing model for elderly patients with tumor pain can effectively reduce the degree of pain,improve the quality of life,reduce anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction.
