摘要
数控车床加工大螺距圆弧螺纹的程序一般采取宏程序或是编程软件进行编制,文中对圆弧螺纹精加工程序分别以宏程序、Mastercam2021、Caxacam2020进行编制及静态刀路分析,可为类似圆弧螺纹的编程思路及参数设置提供参考。
Macro program or programming software is usually used for NC lathe to process large pitch circular thread.This paper uses macro program,Mastercam 2021 and Caxacam2020 to compile circular thread finish machining program.Tool path static analysis is carried out,which can provide reference for programming mode and parameter setting of similar circular thread.
