摘要
以热成形模具托起机构为研究对象,简述推杆型、托板型托料机构的结构组成及安装技术要求。托起机构影响水路系统布置,通过冷却系统水路流速变化说明托起机构布置位置对制件成形性的影响。托料系统的布置主要基于制件形状和水路布置两方面进行位置布置,通过不同模具结构形式的制件,用实例方式说明托起机构的布置位置和数量要求。同时对托起机构使用中可能发生的顶起时序不一致、顶起高度不足的技术问题进行了总结,为热成形模具托起机构设计提供参考依据。
In this paper,the feeding mechanism of thermoforming die is taken as the research object,and the structural composition and installation technical requirements of the feeding mechanism of push rod type and feeding plate type are briefly described.The feeding mechanism affects the arrangement of waterway system,and the influence of the aiTangement position of the feeding mechanism on the formability of the parts is illustrated through the change of the water velocity of the cooling system.The layout of the feeding system is mainly based on two aspects of the shape of the parts and the layout of the waterway.This paper illustrates the layout position and quantity requirements of the feeding mechanism by means of examples through the parts with different die structure forms.At the same time,the technical problems that may occur in the use of the feeding mechanism,such as inconsistent feeding time series and insufficient feeding height,are summarized to provide reference for the design of the feeding mechanism of thermoforming dies.
