甜玉米品种‘闽甜6855’的遗传特性分析

摘要 通过系统探讨‘闽甜6855’的丰产稳产特性、生育动态及合理的高产群体结构,为良种配套栽培提供科学依据。收集2011—2019年之间的试验示范产量数据,分析该品种的丰产稳产性。根据多年考种数据,分析品种的农艺特征及生育动态规律,重点设计密度试验,筛选该品种的适宜种植密度。‘闽甜6855’丰产性与优异农艺性状及早生快发的生育动态密切相关,从品种的株型特征并兼顾穗部的商品性,考虑该品种适宜种植密度为45000~48750株/hm^(2),群体穗位层和地面透光率在吐丝至灌浆期分别为37.3%~43.8%和10.6%~13.1%,LAI在吐丝期达4.68,灌浆期仍保持在4.20以上,LAD达131.5,并稳步上升,NAR灌浆期为8.27。选择适宜的种植密度,并有效调控各个生育期与之相适应光合指标是‘闽甜6855’高产栽培的关键措施。 The study aims to explore the high and stable yield characteristics,growth dynamics and reasonable high yield population structure of‘Mintian 6855’,so as to provide a scientific basis for the supporting cultivation.The experimental and demonstration output data from 2011 to 2019 were collected to analyze the high and stable yield of the variety.The agronomic characters and growth dynamics of the variety were analyzed based on the multi-year test data,and the density test was mainly designed to screen the suitable planting density of the variety.The high-yield character of‘Mintian 6855’was closely related to the growth and development dynamics of excellent agronomic characters,early growth and rapid development.Considering the plant type characteristics and the marketability of panicle,the suitable planting density of‘Mintian 6855’ranged from 45000 plants/hm^(2) to 48750 plants/hm^(2),and the light transmittance of panicle layer and ground was 37.3%-43.8% and 10.6%-13.1% respectively from silking to filling stage,LAI reached 4.68 at silking stage,and still remained above 4.20 at filling stage.The LAD was 131.5 and kept increasing steadily.NAR was 8.27 at filling stage.The key measures for high-yield cultivation of‘Mintian 6855’are to select suitable planting density and effectively regulate photosynthetic indexes in different growth periods.
