摘要
研究目前被广泛使用的双层船用LNG燃料罐应用领域,分析船用LNG燃料罐关键技术。针对双层LNG燃料罐内外层之间的支撑处高应力区域进行分析,采取模型简化、受力分析和失效模式分析等手段,形成计算理论,辅助分析软件WORKBENCH进行验证,形成适用于解决船用LNG燃料罐支撑结构强度及刚度的通用理论和计算公式,从而简化分析手段的单一性和复杂性,同时保证船用LNG燃料罐可靠安全运行。
The application field of double marine LNG fuel tank was studied,and the key technology of marine LNG fuel tank was analyzed.In particular,the high stress area of the support between the inner and outer vessel was analyzed.By model simplification,stress analysis and failure mode analysis,the calculation theory was formed,and the analysis software workbench was used for verification,and the general theory and calculation formula for solving the support structure strength and stiffness of marine LNG fuel tank was formed.Thus,the simplicity and complexity of analysis method were simplified,and the reliable and safe operation of marine LNG fuel tank was ensured.
