摘要
目的分析保健护理在早期儿童发展中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1—12月惠东县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心接收的进行健康保健护理的健康儿童100例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)分别开展常规护理与儿童保健护理,对两组儿童运动发育指数、智能发育指数及发育状况进行比较。结果在大动作、社交行为、语言、精细动作和认知方面,观察组与对照组护理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组上述指标均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在PDI及MDI方面,观察组6个月及12个月均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保健护理在早期儿童发育中具有显著应用效果,其可以进一步增强儿童智能发育状况,改善其运动状况。
Objective To analyze the application effect of health care in early childhood development.Methods A total of 100 cases of healthy children who received health care in Maternal and Child Care Family Planning Service Center in Huidong County were selected from January to December 2018,and were divided into two groups based on random number table method.The control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)were given routine nursing and child health care respectively.The motor development index,intelligent development index and development status of the two groups of children were compared.Results In terms of big movements,social behaviors,language,fine movements and cognition,there were no significant differences between the observation group and the control group before nursing(P>0.05);After nursing,the above indicators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);In terms of PDI and MDI,the observation group was higher than the control group for 6 months and 12 months,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health care in early childhood development has a significant application effect,which can further enhance children’s intellectual development and improve their motor status.
