摘要 本文主要整理了中药药汁制法的研究进展,特别是近年来关于药汁制中药炮制及其质量标准的研究。药汁制所用辅料药汁也属中药范畴,因此炮制前后的化学成分、药理作用及临床功效等均发生了很大的变化,其研究相当于中药复方的研究,难度增大,本研究对药汁制炮制前后中药成分变化、质量标准、工艺研究与药效研究等进行了综述,希望为中药药汁制法的深入研究提供有益参考。目前药汁制法的相关研究多集中在通过研究化学成分阐释其作用原理,测定炮制前后化学成分变化等方面,关于药汁制炮制起效机理的研究较少,药汁制的操作规范与质量标准方面也有待完善。 In this paper,the research progress of traditional Chinese medicinal juice preparation was summarized,especially the research on the processing and quality standards of traditional Chinese medicinal juice preparation in recent years.The auxiliary material used in the preparation of medicinal juice also belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine.Therefore,its chemical composition,pharmacological function and clinical efficacy have changed significantly before and after processing,and its research is equivalent to the research of traditional Chinese medicine compound,which is much more difficult.In this paper,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine composition,quality standards,technological research and pharmacodynamical research before and after processing were reviewed,hoping to provide useful reference for the further research of Chinese medicinal juice preparation.At present,most of the related researches on the preparation of medicinal juice focus on explaining its function principle by researching chemical components,and determining the changes of chemical components before and after processing,etc.However,there is little research on the efficacy mechanism of the preparation of medicinal juice,and the operational specifications and quality standards of the preparation of medicinal juice need to be improved.
