摘要
目的后路腰椎植骨融合固定术与经椎间孔椎体间植骨融合固定术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效比较。方法选取我院2015年1月至2019年1月收治的42例腰椎间盘突出症患者,以随机数字表法分为2组,21例患者采用后路腰椎植骨融合固定术治疗,视作对照组,21例患者采用经椎间孔椎体间植骨融合固定术治疗,视作观察组,对比2组围术期指标、手术前后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、腰腿痛评分、并发症发生情况。结果各项围术期指标观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组术后1个月的腰腿痛视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组对比,观察组术后1个月的ODI更低(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10%,低于对照组的19%χ^(2)=7.469 5,P<0.05)。结论经椎间孔椎体间植骨融合固定术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效优于后路腰椎植骨融合固定术,利于改善患者术后腰椎功能,减轻腰腿痛程度,且并发症发生率低。
Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between fixation of posterior lumbar interbody fusion and the intervertebral foramen interbody fusion fixation.Methods Forty-two cases patients with lumbar disc herniationin selected from January 2015 to January 2019 were divided into two group by random number table,21 cases patients with fixation of posterior lumbar interbody fusion regarded as the control group,21 cases patients with the intervertebral foramen interbody fusion fixation regarded as the observation group.The surrounding operation period index and surgery before and after ODI scoring,and low back pain scoring,and complications were compared between two group.Results The results of the perioperative indicators in the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);Comparison with the control group,Lumbar and leg pain of Vasscore for 1 months after operation of the observer group was lower(P<0.05),the ODI for 1 months after operation of the observer group was lower(P<0.05);Complication rate(10%)of observer group was lower than that(19%)of the control group(χ^(2)=7.4695,P<0.05).Conclusions The intervertebral foramen interbody fusion fixation in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is superior to fixation of posterior lumbar interbody fusion,which will help improve the post-operative patients′lumbar function,and it can reduce the level of low back pain and lower complication rate.
