中小学体育教师工作坊网络研修行为影响因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究中小学体育教师工作坊网络研修行为影响因素间关系,发现不被教师接受并有效使用的原因。通过问卷搜集湖南省14个地州市城乡146名中小学体育教师研修行为数据,基于UTAUT模型进行分析。结果表明绩效期望正向非常显著影响研修意向并间接影响研修行为;努力期望正向显著影响研修意向并间接影响研修行为且乡镇教师的影响显著高于区县教师;社群影响正向显著影响研修意向并间接影响研修行为且男教师的影响显著高于女教师;便利条件正向极其显著影响研修行为且乡镇教师的影响显著高于区县教师。建议加快网络研修移动终端开发,打造泛在学习环境,加强技术服务精准帮扶;加强研修资源适切性有效建设,营造知识分享氛围,增强研修教师归属感。 In order to explore the relationship between the influencing factors of the network research behavior of physical education teachers'workshops in primary and secondary schools,we found out the reasons why it was not accepted by teachers and used effectively.The research behavior data of 146 primary and secondary school physical education teachers in 14 cities and towns,Hunan province were collected through questionnaires and analyzed based on UTAUT model.The results show that performance expectation positively affects research intention and indirectly affects research behavior.Efforts are expected to have a significant positive influence on research intention and indirect influence on research behavior,and the influence of township teachers is significantly higher than that of district teachers.The influence of community had a significant positive influence on research intention and indirect influence on research behavior,and the influence of male teachers was significantly higher than that of female teachers.Convenience has a significant positive influence on research behavior and the influence of township teachers is significantly higher than that of district teachers.It is suggested to accelerate the development of mobile terminals for network research and study,create a ubiquitous learning environment,and strengthen the precise assistance of technical services.Strengthen the effective construction of appropriateness of research and study resources,create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing,and enhance the sense of belonging of research and study teachers.
