摘要
为探究草莓叶片中挥发性物质对草莓球腔菌的抑菌作用,本研究测定了草莓叶片中主要挥发性物质,并以草莓球腔菌为处理对象,研究草莓叶片主要挥发性物质对其孢子萌发、菌丝生长以及线粒体膜电位的影响。结果表明,草莓叶片挥发性物质中的萜类化合物主要组分为芳樟醇、桃金娘烯醇,C6醛类化合物主要组分为己醛、2-己烯醛、反式-2-己烯醛、顺式-3-己烯醛等。当芳樟醇、桃金娘烯醇浓度为50μL·L^(-1),己醛浓度为5μL·L^(-1),反式-2-己烯醛浓度为0.5μL·L^(-1),顺式-3-己烯醛浓度为5μL·L^(-1)熏蒸处理草莓球腔菌时,能显著抑制病原菌孢子的萌发和菌丝生长,并能使病原菌线粒体膜电位下降,从而抑制草莓球腔菌的生长且对草莓叶片无明显损伤。研究表明利用适宜浓度的芳樟醇、桃金娘烯醇、己醛、反式-2-己烯醛、顺式-3-己烯醛熏蒸处理,能够有效抑制草莓球腔菌的生长。本研究为研制新型天然植物病害抑菌剂提供了依据。
In this study,Mycosphaerella fragariae was isolated and identified from strawberry leaves to explore the antibacterial effect of volatile substances in strawberry leaves on Mycosphaerella fragariae.The main volatile substances in strawberry leaves were determined and their effects on the spore germination,mycelial growth and mitochondrial membrane potential of the fungi were investigated.Results showed that C6 aldehydes and terpenoids were the two main volatile classes of strawberry leaves.Among them,hexanal,2-hexenal,trans-2-hexenal and cis-3-hexenal,linalool and myrtenol were the dominant volatile compounds.Thus,these volatiles were selected to study the inhibition effect on the infection of M.fragariae of strawberry leaves by fumigation.On the concentration of 50μL·L^(-1),linalool and myrtenol significantly inhibited the germination of spores and the growth of hyphae.Same effect was found for hexanal at 5μL·L^(-1),trans-2-hexenal at 0.5μL·L^(-1),cis-3-hexenal at 5μL·L^(-1).Additionally,the mitochondrial membrane potential of the pathogen was significantly decreased,contributing to the growth inhibition on the fungi.Furthermore,the fumigation of the selected volatiles showed no damage to the strawberry leaves.These results indicated that with a suitable concentration the fumigation treatment of linalool,myrtenol,hexanal,trans-2-hexenal and cis-3-hexenal on strawberry leaves can effectively inhibit the infection of M.fragariae.This study provided a fundamental basis for the usage of plant volatiles as a new natural fungicide for plant disease control.
